Frame Material — Aluminum Alloy

Aluminum alloys are more resistant to corrosion than other materials, as well as possessing superior strength and durability. Visually, it can also lend a certain sense of sophistication to the product. While natural aluminum alloys are silver/grey, the color can be customized using popular anodizing or powder coatings/finishes. Anodizing is more permanent and durable, while powder finishes are cheaper and appear more decorative. Both treatments are environmentally friendly, resistant to corrosion, and durable.

Anodizing

This is when we create a protective oxide layer on the aluminum alloy via an electrochemical process to enhance durability, corrosion resistance, and color.

Powder Coating

This is when we electrostatically apply a powder to the aluminum alloy before subjecting it to heat in order to cure. It adds enhanced durability, protection, and provides a more attractive, colorful finish.

Frame Material — Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is a fantastic material to use when building frames thanks to its corrosion and rust resistance. We enhance this resistance by adding chromium, carbon, and nickel to create a long-lasting, durable, and strong frame.

Wavelengths – The wavelengths can be customized to meet your specific needs, with a wide array of visible colors and invisible infrared light.

Chip Quantity – Your custom wavelength can be fitted into a single diode. These diodes can include configurations such as 2-in-1, 3-in-1, or 4-in-1. Using a multi-chip diode design provides a more consistent photon distribution. It is especially effective when the LEDs are more spaced out.

Lens Degree – The manufacturer protects every single chip by fitting a protective dome. We then use extra lenses on each LED to ensure the primary optic degree is strong enough for use in therapy. This allows us to collect, control, and direct the light efficiently, while also protecting the LEDs themselves. The smaller the degree, the more focused the light is and the stronger the photon energy is. The degree options usually range from 15 to 60. Of course, the more focused you go, the smaller the coverage.

Thorough Testing Process

We ensure that thorough tests are carried out on every single component of the device to ensure they meet our high standards. We can also share data, videos, and photos for the customer to review. Samples will be sent to the customer upon request.

Internal Design and Order Confirmation

We provide complimentary logo and brand design for customers on request. Options will be presented until the customer is satisfied. The order will then be confirmed, and production can begin.

Mass Production

Samples will be used to carry out accurate mass production to ensure that every single device lines up with customer expectations.

Shipment

All components are safely packed with foam to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
